I want to quickly liquidate their parents. What should I do?
I've tried a service auction. They came and took most of the most beautiful furniture, then sold for almost anything and most things that are not sold and have to rent a truck and go back. The former I want quality merchandise at Sotheby's, which does this? Estate Liquidators charge high fees, plus a percentage. He even said he doubted he could get the same property can cover their costs. Another auction suggested I rent a roll-off container and everything put in it. I confess that I have no grand finale of antiques and collectibles, but these things must have value to someone. Looking for someone to come and give me a price for the lot and win – not to choose and do not want the "good" things. I even tried Ebay last summer. All I can think is to list them on Craigslist.com and provide an open day (of goods) Type of sale agreement. No need to put things on the outside or the garage. Just have relatives or friends to keep an eye on things while people are searching the house. By doing this, note that 'll get people to haggle with you until you give it almost free. Stay there. What this method, you should get rid of most things. Try go through everything I can, even donate things, and get a receipt for the correct tax return for years.
