how to remove a lock cylinder mortise lock of age?

This old (old) shroud has buttons on the door jam. Normally, no screws to remove to remove the cylinder, but is not visible screw like everyone else I've seen. I need new key cylinder. It is a cylinder in the door principal with a handle under it with the thumb lever attached. inside is an old tower and a thumb button below.

Sounds like a ray of Baldwin. Remove the plate of the scalp to the end / and your bolt should be there below the screw hole in the top of the plate. Good luck …
