Color room help?

if I need lots of help! I am doing my room in the old very old. will be a lot of furniture looks old. all this is going to be dark brown. So yes, I do not need help with furniture, but I have to choose a color for the walls that I thought of green pick or something like olive green jade, just maybe clearer.
