Artist name in New York according to the portrait painted on several objects found?

I try to remember the name of a NYC "outsider" portrait artist who paints the same profile as a naive human male, cigarettes, all kinds of found objects. I've seen everything from album covers, trays, speakers stereo. The face is always the same, carried by strong single black lines, and has a quasi-tom of the quality of Finland al. If I remember correctly, the artist is a selector for its slaughter antique shops and stores as objects for their clients.
