I have an old wooden table vanity can be a shave. The news paper lining the inside is dated from the 1850s?

Part post has the word "Potez" and "document" and below the portrait "Dad." So the newspaper is in the interior Europe. Can anyone understand what is and what it can be useful? It is a paper tray, vanity, shaving table?

Sounds strange. I do not know, but you can check online or local service real estate appraisal to be sure. Good luck!
