Looking for help with an antique ring maker or inscription of B. O & D. Co.?

I have an antique wedding band with the following makers mark: “B. O&D. Co. 18K” and the ring is inscribed “Wally – Ella Dec 12 – 1906″. I know that these people are my Great-grandparents and that they were probably married in Texas, and lived in Temple Texas. I am trying to find out about any info about the ring or the maker of the ring. Thanks!!
