In the That 70′s Show episode where Hyde and Jackie go to the prom, what kind of dress is Jackie wearing?

What kind of dress was Jackie wearing? It looked so antique and elegant, almost victorian? I’ve looked everywhere and I guess I’m not calling that style dress by it’s proper name because I can’t find anything that resembles it. I’d like to either use it as a wedding dress or fashion a dress after it. A great thanks to anyone who can help.
