How do I find out how much an antique Budweiser can is worth?
My husband works in downtown St Louis and found a 6 pack of old pull tab Budweiser cans in fairly good shape in an old building. I don’t know much about can collecting to begin dating these cans but I would imagine they are from the 50′s or 60′s. I’d like to find out how much they are worth. I’m not necessarily looking to get rid of them at this time.
I’d be happy to send someone a picture of the cans if that would help.
I suggest you hold on to them for as long as possible, then take them to an antiques trader, or to someone in that field. They will be able to date them accurately. Possibly post them on eBay, if collectors find them, you could pocket a large amount of money.
